Gym Programmes

We can provide basic programmes for you to use in the gym, at home, with your friends, to meet your needs. 

If you would like a programme please contact

Basic Programme - £20

Our basic programme lasts one week. It will use equipment that you have access to. It can be repeated over successive weeks to achieve your goals. 

Supported Programme - £45

This includes background information on why particular exercises have been selected or programmed so that you learn to adjust the programme yourself. 

The programme lasts two weeks and will use equipment that you have access to. It can be repeated over successive weeks or adjusted to achieve your goals. 

Two weeks of WhatsApp support is included with this package.

Please note that all programmes require an element of pre-screening and may require referral to a GP to confirm that you are fit to participate. 

We reserve the right to refuse clients in particular if we have health and safety or wellbeing concerns. 

We are fully insured through Axa to provide online training for gym based exercise.
